Office Hours

The hours of the Zoning Office are 8:00 am to 12:00 pm Monday through Friday, except holidays.

Zoning Administrator

The Zoning Administrator administers and enforces the provisions of the Zoning and Project Review ordinance and provides technical assistance to the local review boards (Planning Board and Zoning Board of Appeals) in reviewing applications for new development such as Conditional Uses, Subdivisions and requests for variances from the zoning regulations. The Zoning Administrator issues zoning compliance certificates for new construction and sewage disposal permits, after site reviews.

Zoning Board of Appeals

The Zoning Board of Appeals is a 5 member board appointed by the Town Board. The Zoning Board of Appeals considers applications for exceptions to the Town's zoning regulations such as Area Variances, Use Variances, Interpertation of Zoning Ordinance and Appeals of Determination from the Zoning Administrator.
