Planning Board: The Town of Horicon Planning Board is a five member board appointed by the Town Board.
The Planning Board considers applications for Major and Minor Subdivisions, Conditional Uses (Site Plan Review) and Boundary Line Adjustments
· Conditional Use or Site Plan Review Application and Instructions
· Boundary Line Adjustment Application
· Pre-Application for Major and Minor Subdivisions
· Minor Subdivision Application (2-4 Lots)
· Major Subdivision Application (5 or more lots)
PLEASE BE AWARE THAT CONDITIONAL USE APPLICATIONS TAKE A MINIMUM OF TWO (2) MONTHS TO COMPLETE. THE DEADLINE FOR APPLICATIONS AND ALL RELEVANT MATERIALS IS TWO (2) WEEKS OR 14 CALENDAR DAYS PRIOR TO A REGULARLY SCHEDULED MEETING. PLEASE PLAN AHEAD.
